About the Store
Shibuya Hikarie, which opened in 2012 as a symbol of the new Shibuya, has approximately 230 stores on eight floors from the third basement to the fifth floor above ground. The store environment is also attractive, with switch rooms that completely overturn the conventional concept of restrooms, and different background music on each floor to allow customers to relax and enjoy shopping.

Tax Refund Service
◆１◆In addition to receipts with “ShinQs” printed on them, customers whose total amount of some eligible store receipts meet the following criteria are processed at the B1 tax refund counter.The person who made the purchase must be present at the the tax refund counter on the day of purchase. Please be sure to bring your passport.
